Aniello Bove
Born in 1972 in Lucerne and raised in the scenic town of Hergiswil NW, I discovered my passion for sports early on – starting with athletics and later embracing mountain biking, still my go-to for balance and clarity.
My professional journey began in 1991 with a degree in Business & Information Management, driven by a deep interest in how technology can spark real-world impact. That passion led me to UBS AG, where I spent over a decade leading global teams and steering strategic IT initiatives across the U.S.
Following my time at UBS, I took on new challenges – first as COO & Partner at INM AG, a full-service digital agency, and later as CEO & Partner at andrion ag, delivering innovative tech solutions for the banking industry.
When andiron ag was acquired by CAPCO, I joined as Partner – leading Digital, Technology & Engineering across Continental Europe, while also overseeing key client relationships and driving business development in Switzerland.
In July 2025, I transitioned into a Senior Advisor role at CAPCO and began a new chapter as a Leader with Sixsentix.
Entrepreneurship has always been my driving force. Over the years, I’ve founded and advised several ventures across the sports and catering industries – including Commento, Bauersport, AURUM, Dinnercatering, and Netin, which operates the restaurant, bar, and hotel “Gasthof zum Roten Löwen.”
Whether in business or on a bike trail, I’m fuelled by passion, emotion, challenge, friendship—and the joy of creating something that matters.
Commento
Commento was founded in 2013 with a simple but powerful mission: to help small businesses navigate the growing challenges of digital marketing. From the very beginning, the world of sport and health was a close companion on this journey. This led Commento to support clients in launching the first Cannondale brand store, developing and selling healthy lifestyle products, producing functional foods like granola, crafting strategies for premium catering companies, leading go-to-market efforts and investing in AURUM, a unique training concept inspired by astronaut conditioning.
Twelve years later, Commento has evolved. Today, I offer senior advisory services to clients and partners in the financial services industry and also take on interim leadership roles, including mandates as Managing Director.
With the re-launch of “Gasthof zum Roten Löwen” – a restaurant, complete with a bar and boutique hotel rooms, Commento now offers more than just consulting. We’ve created a space where clients and friends can come together for creative workshops, inspiring conversations, social dinners, and relaxed drinks in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
